As a first time homebuyer, shopping and looking at potential first homes has been really exciting yet stressful. I called Tyler not knowing what i was doing or even asking for, he explained the process of what he does and how long he’s been doing this for and accommodated my work schedule to find a time that worked for me. He also did a thorough job inspecting the house and gave us an extensive, comprehensive report. He explained everything in detail every step of the way during the walkthrough, offered insight on what he believes may have caused the issues, and made sure we didn’t leave without answers to our questions. Tyler was fantastic. He was very thorough and looked at everything. After he inspected he walked around the entire property- pointing out areas of concern, realistic fix options and and safety concerns. We decided the property had too much deferred maintenance- and it would affect our ability to relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake.
Property was very charming- but we have done remodels and repairs are are searching for something move in ready- with attention to details in exterior spaces also.
